www.everycontractor.com.Is it a scam?

A man contacted me today from www.everycontractor.com offering a business opportunity. I had listed on craigslist that I am a photographer and this is what the opportunity is about. I Did Not List My Number Of Craigslist. Has anyone heard of this company? The phone number they called from is 888-326-0653. I googled it and got some terrible results. Let me know What you know, I don’t want to get scammed out of anything.

Where do I find a directory or a list of Christian publications ?

I have been to the local library and they couldn’t help me. I am just wanting a list of Christian Publications. Like Associational Newsletters or Conventional Newsletters. I am wanting to advertise a business opportunity or employment in these.

I’ve lost money on many scams trying to locate a legitimate home-based work opportunity, no pyramids, affiliates, clickbank, residuals or MLMs, but real work, and no up-front money to buy useless lists of so-called companies, then take the money and give nothing in return. No schemes or scams promising earnings of thousands of dollars a day or week for 5 hours of work,then delivering nothing. I want to work and be paid, not to pay and never work because of the dishonesty of people preying on others, pretending to be, or have access to, legitimate business opportunities.
I received some excellent answers, but wanted to apologize for the wording of my question. I thought I’d added the following, that I’m interested in working from home answering calls for companies but was certainly not interested in sales or telemarketing. I did have that information added somewhere in my question but I have no thought what happened to it.
http://www.workathomeagent.com/ is a web address left by one person and it seems to be legitimate, and is from a company seeking people to work from home for businesses, answering questions, in a customer service setting, using the Internet and a PC. This is exactly what I had in mind so I will look into that company, but in the meantime if anyone else has any other links to companies such as this, please leave the information here. How do I sell a restaurant/privately-owned business?

I am trying to help a family member sell their restaurant business. The property and the business are privately owned (not leased). The revenue on the business is not high, largely because this person has no thought how to run a business, nor has the energy to do so.
This person doesn’t want to list the property with an agent, and doesn’t have the budget to advertise it on online sites that charge.
Does anyone know of excellent, free resources where we can market this business opportunity to an entrepreneurial sort of person? We would want to market to both in- and out-of-state people. Again, listing it with a real estate agent is out of the question, unfortunately. :/

Clarification on the post:
One of the owners is a broker, but who doesn’t subscribe to the MLS. Therefore, as I mentioned in the question, there is no likelihood that this will be listed with another agent. Besides which, this property has been listed with agents (3 of them) before and, as is often common with listing agents, the agents sat on the property assuming that a buyer’s agent would sell it for them. Seller’s agents have access to the same information we do…which is comps on similar properties, newspapers, and venues of advertising. So, since using an agent is out, we’re now looking for some advice on marketing the property.
